Common questions
We run a few fundraisers a year. Does $20/mo make sense?
It depends on your volume. A flat $20 a month is the same whether you run one fundraiser or six, so the more you raise across the year, the better it compares to a percentage that grows with every fundraiser. At very low volume a free, percentage-or-tip tool may cost you less — we'd rather tell you that than have you find out later.
What happens to our parent list when the organizer changes?
The list stays with your group's account, in your Stripe and dashboard, and is exportable — so it can hand off to next year's organizer instead of being tied to one volunteer's profile on a platform. (Funder PII does auto-expire after 13 months, so export it when you need a lasting copy.)
Can parents set up a recurring contribution?
Yes. Parents and members can give once or set up a recurring contribution, both from the widget on your own page. Either way the money goes straight to your group's own Stripe account.
